The product had slight damage, but I don’t believe it was because of FedEx. I believe it is because the item was packaged incorrectly. The bike’s front wheel was plastic tied to the frame and the spokes of the front wheel were sandwiched between the pedal. I would not consider that to be in pristine condition,, thus the neutral feedback. We always say, if you really want to understand Niner, you have to go and ride one. Our bikes make riding on dirt a better experience!
