I ordered this on Walmart’s website so I have proof of purchase. I will contact the company and update this review. I think there needs to be some type of legal action taken against this company. The ceramic tower heater’s cord and plug can overheat when in use, posing fire and burn hazards. Most tower heaters oscillate from left to right to blow hot air over a wider area and warm up more of your space. However, if you only need to warm yourself while stationary, you can turn the oscillation off.
So, I do not know if they are a good product, or not. I buy in quantity to have extra items in case we need them… I am angry lasko space heater that the Lasko Company wrote 3-year warranty, and does not stand behind it… It is unfair, deceitful, false advertisement…

I went back down to check on it, THANK The LORD I did – within 30 minutes the plate and screw of the outlet was so hot we could barely touch it along with the cord. These heaters, as others have stated, are dangerous. I would NOT recommend this heater to ANYONE.
