OZARK TRAIL 15FT X 13Ft Polyester Hex Screen House $39 99

To make matters worse, sometimes I’m so ashamed of the purchase that I can’t even bring myself to return it. You either need six people or twelve arms to hold the thing together when assembling. Wasn’t even able to get the ozark trail screen house tent set up in a mild wind before one of the corner plastic parts broke. I purchased my tent a couple of years ago, but time passed and just got it out to put it up. Also, one of the parts broke before using it one time.

The screen area is not floored, so you can use your camping furniture in it without being worried about the floor. It provides protection from flying insects, and it ozark trail sleeping bag is with a roof so you can sit in the shade and use the area for cooking as well. I have included it in my list of best family camping tents with a screen porch.

They’re not built for heavy winds, and they certainly aren’t made to stand up to heavy snow. Second, Ozark Trail tents are affordable because they use very basic materials. All Ozark Trail poles are either steel alloy or fiberglass, and the fabrics used throughout the tent are typically on the thinner side. Again, not a deal-breaker, but don’t expect these tents to stand up to the same use and abuse as their premium alternatives from brands.

It is our favorite of all the screen tents we have seen. With that being said, there are a few things you’ll want to know going into your purchase. First, all Ozark Trail tents should be considered “fair-weather” shelters.

Take time to treat the entire tent with a DWR coating like Nikwax (not just the rainfly) and never leave the house without a tent repair kit in case disaster strikes. Layout wise is virtually identical to the Core Instant Cabin we evaluated for our 10 person tent roundup, but delivers those same massive interior dimensions for about $100 less. Oddly enough, Ozark Trail’s most basic, base bones shelter takes the title of most durable. We chose the Ozark ozark trail sleeping bag Trail Clip & Camp because unlike larger cabins with plastic hubs and countless poles, this traditional two-pole dome has the fewest number of parts that can potentially fail. You don’t need a screen house for camping, but they can dramatically increase your comfort level if you intend to camp in a buggy area. Regardless of the shape, the straight wall design is nice because the height is uniform across the entire footprint of the screen house.
