Items won’t be considered lost until after 15 working days of items beingdispatched. Once the 15 working days are up we will issue a refund or replacement. If you have received items that are faulty please send them back to us using the steps above. Please include a covering mongoose bicycle letter describing the fault and if you would like the item replacing or refunding. Once the item arrives back at our Mail Order Centre you will receive an email notifying you about the progress. Faulty items are then forwarded onto the suppliers to confirm the warranty issue.
The Shimano MT410 brakes are plenty strong, and the bike’s design delivers a comfortable riding posture. The CF 7 can handle wheels between 26- and 29-inches, giving you lots of tire compatibility options. With an ultralight carbon frame, it makes the uphill pedal a breeze, then gives you above-average speed and cornering for a great ride on the way back down. Combined with its limited seven-gear drivetrain, it’ll make for hard work when pedaling uphill. On even terrain, though, or when hitting a downhill, its nimble handling allows you to move quick on soft surfaces. The Mongoose Dolomite is like a hammer–a solid tool that does a dependable job.
At that point a master link can be installed or a replacement pin can be installed using the chain tool. The chain does not need to be removed to change the crank unless it is worn. If you are changing crank or chain ring sizes you will need to either shorten your existing if it is serviceable or replacing it if its worn or too short. If returning items that are not suitable mongoose bicycle for either refund or exchange you are accountable for the delivery cost in returning it to us. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 60 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Though the wheel radius is slightly reduced compared to that of other fat tire bikes–24 inches–to accommodate a smaller rider, the Argus ST features a 4-inch tire width and a seven-gear drivetrain. This bike feels great to ride, especially on gravel paths and firm trails. Its construction is sturdy, even when traversing moderately bouncy surfaces.
