Philips Norelco OneBlade Replacement Blade 2 pack

I was never able to accurately measure exactly how long it takes before the battery is fully drained because I would get so many trimming sessions from a single charge. Weighing 212 grams (7.47oz) with the standard blade and no guard, the Norelco 7000 is very comfortable to hold and easy to use. I actually used them to trim body hair as well and worked fine. The Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 (MG7750/49) is a face, head and body trimmer that comes with all the attachments you’ll ever need. The Philips OneBlade is a revolutionary new hybrid styler that can trim, shave and create clean lines edges, on any length of hair.

The Braun BT5070 Beard Trimmer for Men, Cordless & Rechargeable (currently unavailable) has so-so customer reviews and an odd design. It’s a decent trimmer for certain beard lengths, but it’s not very versatile. A clear downside of the MG3750 is its short, philips shaver one-hour battery life. While ours ran for about 20 minutes longer, the MG3750’s stated eight-hour charge time gives you no leeway if you forget to plug it in every week or two. You can get about five minutes of use with a 15-minute charge, though.

Charge time is about five hours, and a five-minute charge will give you enough power for a couple of minutes of trimming. An LED light near the bottom illuminates when the charger is connected and goes out when charging is complete. Our testers found that the MG7750’s powerful motor makes it easy to get an overgrown beard looking sleek and stylish in just a couple of minutes. It’s powerful enough to remove lots of beard hair with a single stroke, and that extra power minimizes hairpulling, as well.

The design is utilitarian, looking every bit the barbershop trimmer. It’s comfortable to hold with an ergonomic handle, and it’s not too heavy or light. You can also attach a shaving setting for a proper, old-fashioned wet shave.

The Multigroom 7000 is a great choice for someone that only wants a single tool that handles reasonably well all the trimming. Factor in the reasonable price as well and the Norelco Multigroom 7000 is pretty hard to beat. The reliability is really good and if you clean the groomer (and maybe even lubricate it every once in a while), the blade will stay sharp for years. The most important one is by far the standard cutter which will be used the most.

Please make sure that your review focus on the product and your experience with it, this will help other customers make more confident decisions. Remington’s MB6850 Vacuum Stubble and Beard Trimmer has a built-in vacuum to catch cut hairs, but for us it seemed to miss a lot of them, and it’s also very bulky in the hand. Even at its lowest blade-height setting, the Beard Club PT45 can’t trim close enough to double as a razor. We ended up choosing 13 additional models to test, which we then evaluated against our picks from the previous version of this guide. We also tested two additional models for our spring 2022 update.

I’ve even cut my own hair with it during lockdown, so I’ll share the details on that as well. Marketed as an all-in-one solution for all your trimming needs, it just seems a bit too good to be true. The Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 is an intriguing product, to say the least. Choose a size and copy the code below to embed this guide as a small widget on your site / forum. A guide for putting it back together should show me where it g9es wrong. But thanks for the guide anyways, thanks for the time you put into it.

You can trim your beard using one of the attachable guards, which help keep the blade far enough from the skin to only cut the hairs to your desired length. You philips trimmer blade can edge by inverting the blade and pressing it to your skin. When you’re shaving, the OneBlade goes flat against your skin and can go in either direction.

However, depending on the haircut type and how often you use it, it might just be exactly what you need. For the last couple of years, I’ve been cutting my hair myself. You can even swap the standard blade with the detail blade if you need more precision.

The back houses the ON-OFF button and a small rubber insertion that’s positioned just right and provides a really good grip. I have other groomers as well, including some from Philips, philips body groomer that haven’t fared so well in time (broken guard teeth being the most common problem). Later on I’ll share how well these cutters work and what’s the most effective way of using them.
