If anyone has a hub gable or #1 Roof pole, I would be interested in buying those parts. I loved the size of this screen house but after a few uses, the 4-way hub gable cracked and a couple of the curved roof poles bent a little. I purchased Model #WT98010R and I’ve had it for 2 years and have put it up probably 6 times. The screen is great for nice weather. It gives great shade and it keeps flies out. We used it to put it over a little swimming pool for our children and it works great.
I am sorry that I ever purchased it. Hopefully I can find a replacement part. I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. I have large screen house and I love it. It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone ozark trail canopy point me to the person please. I borrowed this screen tent and thought it was a pain to put up…the center hub broke forcing me to duck tape it to keep it together.
Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. Find something simple to set up, reliable, durable and with product support.
I was wondering if anyone out there can e-mail me the manual. The screening and roof are all in excellent condition, along with all the poles, etc. With two more roof poles, I’m sure this could be prevented. We placed the screen house over a picnic table at the campsite and it did a fairly good job of keeping insects out while we were eating. Next day delivery isn’t available on certain items during sales or promotions.
Got this tent as a father’s day gift. Decided to use it to go camping with my fiance and we were going to set up before we went. The screen tent came with missing and broken ozark trail canopy parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse.
An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. Bought this at Walmart a couple ozark trail screen house of years ago. Never got it out, went to use it yesterday and the kit for set up is totally wrong.
I thought of resorting to duct tape, but since I had none handy, with great finesse I managed to lift each corner one pipe segment at a time. Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling. We put it back in the bag and said this is so stupid. How do you get a tent with no instructions.
