I loved the size of this screen house but after a few uses, the 4-way hub gable cracked and a couple of the curved roof poles bent a little. I could not even get the top frame together with out it either bending the poles or coming apart. The screen tent came with missing and broken parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse. This is totaly wrong that a company doesn’t keep parts in stock.
We have only been using one since. After a pretty bad storm at the beach, a few of the poles broke…so we are moving onto the next new one and selling the first for parts. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them. I had to use every knot I’ve learned from rock climbing. There’s shade, and fewer bugs than outside the screenhouse.
The screen is great for nice weather. It gives great shade and it keeps flies out. We used it to put it over a little swimming pool ozark trail screen house for our children and it works great. I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome!
The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair. We love the size of the tent and we used it for a week with no problems. The second time we set it up one of the poles snapped and now I can’t find where I can get replacement poles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
