Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. Ships in the ozark trail sleeping bag manufacturer’s original packaging, which may reveal the contents.
She guided me through until I was able to find the correct serial number for the part and sent it to me right away. This is totaly wrong that a company doesn’t keep parts in stock. I was told to try and return it to the place I purchased it or wait the 4-6 weeks. Well I’m a camper and I intend to use this weekly.
It seems like I am the second person to review this product, and the second one to give it a 1 Star rating. Goes together well, but as soon as we got a little shower…. Total collapse, hubs (2) shattered and two sets ozark trail sleeping bag of poles completely destroyed. Not sure if I should order replacement parts or not, maybe I should just consider this a waste of money, and cut my losses while I can. I purchased this Screen House two years ago.
