Amazingly simple no rods to misplace…highly recommend this tent if you can find them. I had some tents before, but when I was looking for a new one, I saw this on sale and take it to home. My only complaint is when I need to get in to the bag, but not is a big problem. Thought it was the best tent ever until we used it with a decent wind blowing.
However, due to the polyester fabric, it is water resistant. This means it can repel a very small amount of rainfall, like light precipitation. We suggest you don’t leave it outside if you know it’s going to rain. With this model, you receive a free carry bag with wheels for easier transport, and 4 stakes and ropes to tie and secure it down. It can stand on its own, but we always recommend that you lock it down, so it has no chance of blowing away. The second purpose is to prevent it from blowing away.
Will not let anyone borrow it because I cannot find one to replace it. She fell in love with the way it goes up and folds down. I have the 9×9 First Up dome tent tan with brown and blue trim. The reason why I gave it 4 ozark trail chair and not 5 is it says 4-5 people but really is best for just 2 and perhaps an infant. Also the sides of the tent are netted mesh so it get a bit nippy in the tent at night wish they had made a closing window for those.
