I’ve done my fair share of research and I’ve used more than enough Ozark Trail tents in the past to know what I’m talking about. They might not be the best brand, the most popular or high quality, but they are definitely a one of a kind. I did not find a single tent where someone was complaining about the waterproofing.

CORE’s tents are very similar in price and an extremely popular alternative to Ozark. Along with many of the products being bulkier, they are also lower quality than other ozark trail camping brands. You’ll be hard-pressed to find Ozark Trail gear with solid weatherproofing, and your sleeping bag will probably leave you feeling colder than it should.
