Ozark Trail Screen House Tent, Blue, 13 ft x 9 ft x 84 in

Then the instructions start to get really funny. ‘Insert the leg poles into the hubs to raise the screenhouse frame’ got the first laugh. ozark trail screen house The “frame” barely stayed together on the ground. Any attempt to lift a corner and insert a leg pole resulted in pipes flying everywhere.

Sadly it blew over over in a storm last night breaking two corner pieces and the middle X broke. We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. We have a love-hate relationship with this screen tent.

Wasn’t even able to get the tent set up in a mild wind before one of the corner plastic parts broke. I purchased my tent a couple of years ago, but time passed and just got it out to put it up. Also, one of the parts broke before using it one time. Got one of these out of a storage unit at auction. Obviously used, but in good shape.

I have large screen house and I love it. It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone point me to the person please. The screening and roof are all in excellent condition, along with all the poles, etc.

As I’ve mentioned elsewhere in the blog, I’m getting married in Joshua Tree on August 2nd, outdoors. It occurred to me that if I insist on inviting people into a blazing Mojave inferno in the height of the summer it would be polite to provide some shade. Shade can be a matter of survival there if you’re outside at midday. Then I started having other wild fantasies, like effectively adding a room to the desert shack where I live by erecting the shadehouse in the backyard.

The screen is great for nice weather. It gives great shade and it keeps flies out. We used it to put it over a little swimming pool ozark trail canopy for our children and it works great. I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome!

The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair. We love the size of the tent and we used it for a week with no problems. The second time we set it up one of the poles snapped and now I can’t find where I can get replacement poles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
