Until both wheels broke off and the shell of the exterior started cracking after less than 2 years of use. I filled out repair forms and paid $15 to mail off my product to the warehouse only for them to tell me they were unable to do anything for me. They offered to recycle my bag or send it back so I opted for them to send it back, but I now have a suitcase I’m unable to use. I would NOT recommend American Tourister as they don’t seem to care about the quality or longevity of their product nor about helping the customer once they have purchased it.
